ABSTRACT
The author relates how she used Facebook in November 2011 to create and co-organize the Blue Out movement at Pennsylvania State University. The movement was a public response to the university's child sex abuse scandal. They created and managed a Facebook event page to share the plan and invite others to join their cause.
