The present work consists on studying the anaerobic digestion, applied to bovine manure made in four experimental digesters with different operating parameters. Monitoring of these digesters has focused mainly on the effect of variation of certain physicochemical parameters of anaerobic digestion, discontinuously, on pH evolution during the anaerobic fermentation process, and on quantitative gas production. It can be released particularly that experimental biogas production varies with the adopted operating parameters. It is maximal in the presence of high temperature and under mechanical agitation of the inoculum-substrate mixture.
