ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study is to reveal how much the science process skills is stood for activity in the unit of 7th grade science and technology textbook that is prepared to changes in accordance with understanding of constructivism by Turkish Ministry of Education (MEB) in 2006 in primary school of our country. Activities in this textbook involve in thirteen science process skills with certain percentages. At the end of the study, it has been determined that hypothesize of the activities, to make definition, divinations, measurement and use the number and skills of the space and time relations were given less than the others. With this study, it has been revealed that the activities must develop the students' creativity and science process skills should be more heeded in science and technology lessons.
