ABSTRACT
The article presents information on the Korean Barrier-free Film Committee (KOBAF) that was established in 2011 which have effectively produced several films with subtitles and audio description (AD). It informs that these barrier free films have got good response from the various audiences with sight loss or hearing loss and even children with developmental disorder. It also informs about special software which ensures that subtitles will be correctly positioned on the television screen.
