ABSTRACT
The article offers information on the management of industrial odor using regenerative thermal oxidation (RTO). It mentions that RTO proves to be more effective and expensive option to operate compared to less effective odor control systems, unless designed with maximum possible heat recovery. Moreover, the case study from a pet food manufacturer in California illustrate the efficacy of RTO, specifically those with rotary valve technology, in controlling industrial odor.
