ABSTRACT
The article presents an interim report of the International Labour Office's Committee on Freedom of Association which focuses on a complaint against the Government of Iraq by the Iraqi Federation of Industries. The complainant organization alleged acts of interference by the Government, including the seizure of organizational funds and prevention of the election of board members. The Committee has requested the Government to provide its observations on the allegations.
