ABSTRACT
The article presents an interim report of the International Labour Office's Committee on Freedom of Association that focuses on complaints against the Government of Guatemala presented by the Movement of Trade Unions, Indigenous Peoples and Agricultural Workers of Guatemala (MSICG) and other trade unions. The complainant alleged numerous murders and acts of violence against trade unionists. The Committee requested the Government to keep it informed about the criminal charges.
