ABSTRACT
The article presents a report of the International Labour Office's Committee on Freedom of Association that focuses on a complaint against the Government of the Dominican Republic by the National Confederation of Dominican Workers (CNTD). The complainant alleges the dismissal of all the founders of a trade union in a company, and the suspension of union leaders. The Committee requests the Government to keep it informed of the outcome of the appeal in relation to suspension of union leaders.
