ABSTRACT
The article presents an interim report of the International Labour Office's Committee on Freedom of Association which focuses on a complaint against the Government of South Korea by the Korean Metalworkers' Federation (KMWF) and other labour unions. The complainants allege that many workers in disguised employment relationships are denied legal protection under the Trade Union and Labour Relations Adjustment Act (TULRAA).
