ABSTRACT
The article focuses on an interim report of the International Labour Office's Committee on the Freedom of Association. The report concerns the Confederation of Argentine Workers's (CTA) allegation that acts of anti-trade union harassment were committed and a trade union officer was dismissed. The Committee has requested the Government of Argentina to conduct an investigation into all the allegations of discrimination and anti-union dismissals.
