ABSTRACT
The article reports about steady progress of online pillow and pad business and says that the market share of pillows and pads bought online is same as in stores. It mentions that online has added advantage of assorting and selecting the product unique to the need. According to Fritz Kruger, vice president, Pacific Coast Feather Company, conventional brick-and-mortar retailers are now extending their services into online channel which provides consumers with similar format as in the stores.
