ABSTRACT
MOSCOW. Nov 20 (Interfax) - The U.S. dollar and euro posted noticeable losses during Tuesday trades on the MICEX for the second day in a row owing to high world prices for oil and rising demand for ruble liquidity prior to the tax period. The Russian ruble gained against the Central Bank's bi-currency basket (set at 0.45 euro and $0.55). The basket went down by 17 kopecks to 35.27 rubles.
