ABSTRACT
The article describes how two estheticians, Meri Slaven from Detroit, Michigan, and Jennifer Denton from Buda, Texas, juggle between two different careers. Slaven, who started out as a singer before studying esthetics to gain steady income, went back to singing and regrets not having managed the two jobs earlier. Denton, a veteran esthetician in two salons and founder director of a farmer's market, advises career jugglers to be passionate about both jobs to prevent easy exhaustion.
