ABSTRACT
The article discusses a study investigating the effects of holographic wristbands on muscle strength, flexibility and balance with open and closed eyes. Analysing 43 healthy males and females over strength, balance and flexibility under 4 different conditions of wearing holographic EFX®, PWX®, placebo wristband and no wristband is presented. Results revealed a significant difference in favor of placebo compared to PWX® and holographic showing no effects on any test with eyes open.
