ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the Pulmonary Hypertension Assessment and Recognition of Outcomes in Scleroderma (PHAROS) observational cohort study which examines the significance of systemic sclerosis (SSc) in identifying pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH). It cites the potential association of pulmonary artery pressure (PAP) with disease progression. Moreover, it indicates that catheterization in not reliable in diagnosing PAH.
