The article reports on the problem of nonfunctioning lifts confronted by residents of Block Six in Desa Mentari in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia, which according to Mitsubishi Malaysia maintenance technician Mohd Hamka Zainal was due to the lack of funds due to the nonpayment by residents of their fees.
