ABSTRACT
JUST what do our MPs do all day? Perhaps the Tory MP for High Peak, Andrew Bingham, could give us an insight. He's tabled a parliamentary question asking the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs 'whether he plans to revise the definition of a horseshoe?' Junior environment minister David Heath replies: 'We are at the early stages of these discussions, which will include a consideration of whether the definition of a horseshoe should be changed.'
