We still need unions

Some people say that unions have outlived their usefulness but I don't agree. So many employees receive unfair treatment from their employers. Workers need someone who will stand up for them. Take, for instance, my grandson, who is a firefighter. He was told that his shift pattern was changing. If he didn't like it, he would be sacked. This is where unions step in, and stop the employers walking all over their employees.
