HOW many marriages are proposed, or children conceived, up a tree? Can't be too many. But the number may well rise now that romantic, secluded treehouses are springing up around Britain, many of them run by 'glamping' experts Canopy And Stars. My wife and I went to their newest one, Bagthorpe Treehouse, near Burnham Market in Norfolk.
