Complaints to EDF soar80%...before the latest price rise

COMPLAINTS by customers of energy giant EDF rocketed by nearly 80 per cent in the past year - and that was before last week's announcement that it will increase prices for domestic consumers by 11 per cent - adding an average �120 a year.
