ABSTRACT
SHELVING the badger cull may have delighted animal lovers but it's done nothing to dispel David Cameron's 'ditherer' reputation. Minutes after the omnivores' stay of execution was announced, the Commons Tea Room resounded to the sound of raucous laughter as one Tory MP said: 'Question: Who would you want to cross the Sahara with - David Cameron or Boris Johnson? Answer: Cameron ... because he'd do a U-turn after ten minutes.'
