ABSTRACT
WHAT do you think of me in HD? Four weeks into the new series of Saturday Kitchen I'm just about OK with the new cameras that show every grain of salt on the plate and every wrinkle on my 40-year-old face. On a widescreen TV, a pimple is the size of a dustbin lid. I'm hoping the new studio and chefs have been enough to distract you. If not, I apologise. I'm staying as groomed as I can.
