ABSTRACT
The article offers suggestions for leadership development. It suggests leaders to develop natural attributes for improving their effectiveness which includes developing strengths, knowing one's weaknesses and personality development. It suggests knowing one's attributes as it gives the opportunity to choose from among a varied collection of inner resources which will lead to one's goals. It also offers suggestions on time management.
