The article reports on the reluctance of newspaper vendors in the Klang Valley in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia to accept the recommendation of City Hall for them to lease a venue under a bridge in Jalan Loke Yew as a replacement hub for Medan Pasar, where they have been running business since 1845.
