ABSTRACT
The article offers information on the Western bluebird. The species is considered a small thrush, and is believed to live with two other bluebird species in Colorado all-year round. Western bluebirds usually abound in the countryside or in semi-open country. In Colorado, bluebirds are found nesting in the cavities or conks of aspens. Westerns are distinguished by their bright color and the simplicity of their songs.
