The article cites the delay in the release of the 34-disc set police drama series, "Homicide: Life on the Street - The Complete Collection," due to the thousands of dollars its distributor, Shock Entertainment, will have to pay in film censor fees. It says that seven of the discs that were rated MA15+ in Australia will have to be reassessed by the New Zealand Office of Film and Literature Classification at 1,100 U.S. dollars per disc. The rest will be rated at 27 U.S. dollars per disc.
