ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the importance of diagnosis in the treatment of disease or injury. It states that the correct diagnosis for disease is very important as the treatment plan and the prognosis entirely depends on the disease-route identification. It further mentions that patient screening is also very important because in several cases laboratory result, radiological image and symptoms may be incorrectly interpreted which may result in the incorrect diagnosis of disease. The article also presents the conversation between the authors that is related to an incident when one of the author met with an accident and was diagnosed by the other author.
