ABSTRACT
The article offers information on health research findings. According to the journal "Psychological Reports," the way to eat less maybe to make mealtime special. A University of Cincinnati research found that married men drink less than single, divorced and widowed men, but married men drink more than their unmarried counterparts. Researchers at the University of Exeter found that people who engaged in brisk exercise reported to have less intense nicotine cravings than those who did not.
