Agriculture Secretary Vilsack Announces New Help For Livestock Producers With Changes to Emergency Loans, Crop Insurance

He announces his plan to file special provisions for the federal crop insurance scheme to enable livestock producers to graze or to hay cover crops without affecting the crop insurance for 2013. Moreover, he also plans to modify the emergency loans so they can obtain loans earlier to offset rising cost of feeds.
