Oct 3 (Interfax) - The Lithuanian government decided on Wednesday to file a lawsuit against Gazprom (RTS: GAZP) at the Stockholm arbitration court demanding 5 billion litas (1.45 billion euro) in overpayments for gas that Gazprom has supplied to the country under existing contracts over the last eight years.
