ABSTRACT
Considering that psychology as a science of behavior is uncompleted, this work explores the correspondences existing between the ancient Greeks and modern psychologists in order to contrast their ideas through time, especially those referred to psychology aim. It also describes the form of solving problems whether science or philosophy. There is likewise a general description of some issues related to qualitative epistemology as an attempt to understand human behavior.
