The article offers tips on creating a content management system (CMS) Web site. According to the author, CMS is made up of the design aspect and the data or content aspect. He states that CMS are open source and there are over 300 commercially available programs for free download, with Worldpress and Joomla being the most popular. He explains that there are several advantages to CMS, including affordability, ease of updating, wide use and being search engine-friendly.
