ABSTRACT
The article provides in the alteration in the job search and candidate selection procedure. Richard Panzarasa, owner and president of Panzarasa Group, mentions that he sees a subtle alteration in the behavior and attitudes of both the interviewee and interviewer. According to Panzarasa, the candidate is searching for a company that at least appears to be run in a strategic and focused manner instead from the seat of its plants as the competition intensifies in the fragrance industry.
