ABSTRACT
The article examines the Digital IQ Index, a rating of retail industry companies in terms of their Internet operations including electronic commerce, Internet marketing and social media conducted by the Luxury Lab (L2) of New York University. It is noted that Macy's Inc. was the highest-rated company in the survey for the second consecutive year.
