ABSTRACT
In this article the author discusses his bench press workouts with powerlifter trainer Gene Rychlak. It states that Rychlak focuses on his muscles and stabilizes the shoulders. It mentions that Rychlak drapes long chains over the bar, whose effective is dramatic as it increases load. It highlights that his trainer asks him to keep his feet flat on ground as he press up the weight.
