The article provides suggestions on how to land an interview for a great job for people with disabilities. The National Disability Employment Awareness Month (NDEAM), held each October, raises awareness about disability employment issues and tells others what workers with disabilities can do. Some tips from the Job Accommodation Network website are provided that will enable people with disabilities to write a cover letter highlighting their abilities and which will help them land a job.
