In the article, the author discusses the shortage of water supply in Bethlehem, Palestine. He claims that move by the Israeli government to regulate the distribution of water to the West Bank and the illegal Israeli settlements around Bethlehem are the major reasons of the water shortage. He also cites the plan by the Israeli government to cut off electric supply to the West Bank due to the huge debt by the Palestinian Authority.
