ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the decision to include households with only cellular telephone service in the sampling frame of the National Immunization Survey (NIS) in the U.S. which measures vaccination coverage among noninstitutionalized children aged 19-35 months and 13-17 years. It relates the proportion of children in the U.S. living in households with only cellular telephone service.
