The author discusses the role of members of the American Rose Society (ARS) to provide simple yet accurate information to the public to ensure that their rose growing experience will be positive. He describes the role of technology in education and communication and how he embraced the new technology by suggesting the creation of an ARS webpage. He points out the need to convey to members and the public that roses are easy to grow and not all online information are accurate.
