The article presents a study which aims to compare the impacts of two thawing processes on the functionality of the thawed spermatozoa. Analysis was performed on the impact of the thawing process on sperm chromatin condensation, level of reactive oxygen species (ROS) and sperm viability and motility. The study reveals that the percentage of spermatozoa having fast-linear movement was higher with lower acrosome damage and higher sperm viability.
