ABSTRACT
The article discusses a study regarding connection between the stimulating habits of the brain to the delay of Alzheimer's disease. According to the study, the lifetime engagement in cognitive activities can help protect people against amyloid buildup in older age, thus preventing dementia. It also states that mentally challenging activities can affect the pathological process of Alzheimer's disease.
