ABSTRACT
The article profiles Scottish singer and songwriter Sandi Thom. She was born in Banff, Scotland and attended high school in Aberdeen before becoming the youngest student to be accepted at the Liverpool Institute of Performing Arts. She later signed a contract with Sony/RCA and launched her debut album "Smile, It Confuses People." She released her second album "The Pink and the Lilly" in May 2008, followed by "Merchants and Thieves." In 2012, she recorded her fourth album, "Flesh & Blood."
