ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the importance and benefits of key performance indicators (KPIs) in managing a credit and collection business. The author mentions the companies can track payments and postdates during a day of operation, which will give them a better understanding of where to set their goals and plans for the business. He states that looking into the total collections every month allows the business to see how different times of the month and days affect their collection numbers. He notes that KPIs are important metrics in keeping a business on track.
