ABSTRACT
The article discusses chickenpox in children of the U.S. which has long incubation period ranging from 10 to 21 days. It informs that chickenpox can result in secondary skin infections including cellulitis, myositis and necrotizing fasciitis, toxic shock syndrome, pneumonia and hepatitis. It also suggests the parents to vaccinate their child against chickenpox.
