ABSTRACT
The article discusses the need to apply energy efficiency measures for the survival of the ecosystem in the face of a double dip recession in 2012. People will reportedly have to alter their lifestyles and use remaining fuel reserves more sparingly. The article states that putting the right controls on a heating system, refurbishing an old system and using systems with heat recovery units maximise attainable efficiencies and offer great savings.
