ABSTRACT
A BILL containing crippling US sanctions against Iran is expected to be passed by Congress tomorrow. Huge financial penalties will be imposed on any firm that mines uranium with Iran or sells, leases or provides oil tankers to Tehran. The measures aim to pressure Iran into dropping its suspected nuclear weapons programme.
