ABSTRACT
The article presents the Indiana court decisions on cases released by the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals and the Indiana Supreme Court, Court of Appeals and Tax Court from June 28 to July 11, 2012. The court cases include Robert Jones v. C&D Technologies, U.S. v. Armando Mota, and Michael Dean Overstreet v. Bill Wilson, superintendent, Indiana State Prison. The cases involved disputes including employment termination, illegal drug distribution, and mental illness and murder.
