ABSTRACT
The article presents a controlled randomized study that investigates the factors that deter patients from taking primary care in Great Britain. Researchers studied 4552 patients, wherein they did telephone interviews to know their views. They found that patients refused to take part in primary care because they are embarrassed to disclose their concerns.
