MOSCOW. July 20 (Interfax) - The euro fell on the MICEX below 39 rubles/EUR1 and hit its lowest position since May 15. As of 5:57 pm Moscow time, the euro came to 38.9875 rubles/EUR1, down 23 kopecks from yesterday's close.
