MOSCOW. July 20. (Interfax) - Arkady Rotenberg's construction holding LLC Stroygazmontazh (SGM) has won a request for proposals to build the world's largest compressor station, the Russkaya station, which will serve as the starting point of the South Stream offshore gas pipeline around Ukraine.
